COURSE INFORMATON

Strategically challenging, but a most rewarding course to play.

Conveniently located in terms of travel in Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture, the Sagami Course has a certain urban quality. Though generally short, its numerous varied and technically demanding holes guarantee that golfers are never bored. It requires careful selection of clubs and a point-by-point attack. Its superb location commands views of the Tanzawa mountain range to the north and of Sagami Bay and the Miura and Boso peninsulas to the south. It is a true pleasure to play golf in such a wonderful natural setting. The four seasons bring many wonders, none better than during cherry blossom time. The course is especially popular among lady golfers.

PICK UP HOLE 12
A downhill hole with a right dogleg. The key to playing this hole is to capture the pond that fans out in front of the green. The palm tree on the right side of the water is an impressive sight that adds character to the hole.


PICK UP HOLE 15
An uphill hole with a left dogleg. The ball landing point is the key to a successful attack, as the fairway on the right side of the front bunker is narrow. The hole has the most cherry blossoms on the course, and the best time to see them is from late March to early April. Golfers can enjoy fantastic shots amidst the blossom blizzards during the cherry season.
